**Talent and Performance Lead**
**Hybrid-flexible working pattern**
Our client a dynamic scaling commercial business is seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance & Talent lead reporting into the Head of Talent of this global corporate brand, you willdesign, plan and deliver Talent and Performance activities.
**The Role;**
Working closely with their people team to develop frameworks for driving up capability across the business
- Supervise operational delivery of the talent management; recommending areas for improvement and monitoring quality.
Collaborate with Service Line HR and Learning teams to address anticipated capability
Lead the regular review of talent processes, identifying and implementing process improvements where opportunities arise
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience;**
Demonstrable experience and deep expertise in Talent Management activities ranging from Succession, Development, Talent segmentation, Performance management etc
Strategic and commercial thinking
Strong leadership skills
You will ideally have similar experience, gained within an ambiguous global matrix business
Team management - experience of developing capability of colleagues
Solid strategic experience of working in a senior Talent role in a fast paced environment
Budgeting and key cost management
Experience of analysing data to inform decisions and use metrics to evaluate the success
Proven ability to build and maintain relationship with a diverse range of stakeholders
Grad calibre/relevant work experience
