**German Speaking Customer Service Executive - Ref 417**

**Salary**:£25,200 per annum

**Location**:Hybrid blend of 3 days in the Manchester office, with 2 days at home (Wednesday and Friday)

**Shift pattern**:Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30

We are working alongside a fantastic company who specialise in sportswear and other apparel. Due to expansion in the DACH region, they are looking for a German speaking customer service executive to help assist customers with their purchases from start to finish.

**Duties**
- Providing product information to help customers with their purchase
- Help with any other queries including sizing etc
- Tracking orders to help locate and ensure products are delivered accurately and efficiently
- Handling complaints and refunds
- Previous customer service experience
- Good computer literacy with Microsoft and Google packages
- Experience with Zoho a plus, but not essential
- Fluent German and English, confident in both speaking and writing
- Must be a driver due to the semi-remote location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,200.00 per year
