Client Service Executive

We're now seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our client services team. As an integral part of this fun and friendly team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our campaigns, while also developing your skills and progressing your career.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of client campaigns, ensuring they are delivered effectively. You'll also be involved in building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers, and playing a key role in developing partnerships and client microsites.
You will:
- Build strong relationships and earn the confidence of clients, colleagues and suppliers
- Be organised, ensuring regular status meetings take place so that colleagues and clients are always up to date on running campaigns
- Oversee the day-to-day running of campaigns and help ensure that all projects are managed effectively and delivered on time
- Be supremely organised to ensure that all reporting is completed accurately and distributed on time
- Involved in resourcing partnerships for your client campaigns
- Assisting in writing briefing documents to build a client microsite, and in site testing before the campaign launch
- Have a good understanding of security requirements and data protection
- Be able to spot trends when looking at client reporting
- Monitor and report on promotional website activity
- Managing e-stock of digitally delivered rewards
**About You**
We’re open to hearing from anyone with relevant client/project management skills and experience, but you’ll likely be an account executive with agency experience and looking to make your next career move.

This is a full-time office based role Monday-Friday 9-5.30 with a salary of £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year depending on experience. The closing date for this role is 10th January.
