**Sales Administrator**

Cirencester Christmas Trees is a family run seasonal business selling Christmas trees and decorations to businesses and domestic customers for over 30 years. Year on year the area we cover has increased so no longer do we just supply to the local villages and towns (Cirencester, Tetbury & Stroud) in close proximity to our premises, we also deliver to Cheltenham and many other locations within Gloucestershire stretching into bordering Wiltshire.

We are currently looking to recruit a Seasonal Sales Assistant to perform the day to day duties of a sales role required for the busy seasonal period running up to Christmas, starting middle of November approximately. The job role is fast paced, manual and incorporates being outside in all weather, so the love of the outdoors is essential. It is also split with the administration side of the role so an element will also be sat at a desk working on a computer.

**The position is for full days, throughout the week with the option to work on weekends, depending on the rota, 9am - 6pm. It is a position that is only for the run up to Christmas.**
- Assisting customers over the telephone with their queries and taking orders, processing telephone and website orders, creating a delivery schedule and delivery round so local knowledge for the area is essential.
- Assisting customers with the selection of their Christmas tree. Upselling accompanying purchases (stands, decorations & lights)
- You will be required to unwrap the trees and manually handle them.

(Training given for all aspects of the job role)

**Experience & skills**
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience working with customers
- Physically fit, practical and able bodied
- A willingness to learn & commitment to the job role
- Outdoors person
- Full UK driving license
- Works well in a team and under pressure
