**Overview**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilise HRIS systems like PeopleSoft to manage employee data and streamline recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Workday is preferred.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like PeopleSoft is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.

Pay: £24,337.00-£36,384.00 per year
