Recruitment Consultant

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational culture.
- Provide guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment strategies and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in compliance with company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo or Workday is highly desirable.
- Experience with lead generation techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Pay: £28,048.00-£37,630.00 per year
