We are currently going through a period of rapid growth and so are currently recruiting experienced **Food Production Operatives, **on a full-time, permanent basis, to join our team in Bellshill.

Working a 4 days on / off rolling rota, it allows you to plan your time off and make the most of working just over 180 days per annum spending time off how you want to

As we are looking for individuals who will work across Production & Despatch, **previous experience in a food production / manufacturing (bakery or other food factory**) is a must to allow you to carry out your duties.

Your main job role is to ensure all our products are made and packed according to specification and the highest quality standards whilst ensuring all working practices are safe and hygienic at all times.

**What you will be doing**:

- Adhere to product specifications and quality documents, ensuring high quality at all times;
- Knowledge of weighing up ingredients, mixing, proving, baking of products in line with specifications;
- Ensure all bakery procedures are followed;
- Ability to read & understand written production instructions;
- Must have ability to operate at or above speed of production line;
- Boxing, labelling and palletising finished product;
- Accurate paperwork and recording of information.
- To always help in other areas where needed.

**What we can offer**:

- Rate of pay is **£9.50** rising to **£9.90** an hour on successful completion of probation with an additional attendance bonus in place where you have full monthly attendance giving a potential hourly rate of **£10.38.**:

**Requirements we need**:

- It is essential that you have experience of both **Production / Manufacturing of Goods and Despatch**:

- Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
- Good attention to detail & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and also as part of a team
- To be reliable, punctual and responsible with a flexible approach to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.38 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift

- Bellshill: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
