South East, United Kingdom Mattinson Partnership Full time

I have begun working with an excellent specialist consultancy who are looking to bring in an established **Ecologist at Senior / Team lead level** in the South East of England to help grow and develop their thriving team.

They are **people focused**, and try to make themselves stand out in a highly competitive market. Some perks include a generous private healthcare scheme, with extensive physical and mental health cover and associated benefits - such as heavily discounted gym memberships, money off food shops & discounts on eating out to name a few.

Alongside this there is an additional annual financial contribution to any **extra-curricular** activity that will benefit your physical or mental wellbeing.

Our client has an **established reputation** for **delivering high quality environmental consultancy** services to clients across development, regeneration, conservation, landscape, arboriculture, freshwater, coastal. They are a team of 12, so you can feel like a name rather than a number, and the opportunity to steer the business to areas that are of interest to you.

The role will principally see you managing a small team of 4 or 5 ecologists that have a range of skills and experience levels. Main responsibilities include delivering their work programme, line managing their team, managing projects and liaising with clients. With **excellent support** from **expert colleagues** and significant **scope for further professional development** in the future, with an uncapped training budget.

They offer fantastic **flexibility around home working** and condensed hours as well as a **generous salary** package. They have provided me a comprehensive job description and slide deck of further info - let me know if you'd be interested in seeing this.

Please get in touch with your CV and we can have a call to discuss in more detail.
