Hostess (Xmas Temp)

We are a late night cocktail bar in Liverpool currently looking for a part-time host/hostess to start work in our brilliant team.

Here at Red Door, we aim to deliver the best service and great cocktails to a soundtrack of classic tunes.

Please be advised this is a temporary Christmas position.

**Job Scope**:

- To aid the management team by greeting bookings and providing a exquisite guest experience.

As a hostess for Third Place Ltd it is your duty to:

- Ensure that guests receive a warm greeting and friendly farewell.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond accordingly.
- Be the first point of call regarding any bookings - in-person & on the unit mobile phone.
- Attract/contact guests to book tables, driving both guest experience & sales targets.
- Be courteous and understanding with colleagues and guests alike.
- Display a responsible attitude when performing all financial aspects of your role.
- Understand and implement our company ethos.
- Be on time and in the correct uniform for every scheduled shift.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the bar and the unit as a whole.

**Requirements**:

- Maintain good personal hygiene (essential).
- Able to work night shifts (essential).
- Have a bubbly, out-going personality (essential).
- Have experience in cocktail service and knowledge of a variety of drinks (preferred).
- Previously worked in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
- Have a variety of social connections in and around the city that will aid in supplying consistent bookings (preferred).

**Hours**:
This role involves working Friday and Saturday nights until 2am. Key Christmas dates such as Boxing Day & New Years Eve are also a requirement.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
