**Job Summary**
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team on a Seasonal temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent role for the right person.
- **The Role**:
As the Host/Hostess and Bookings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Greeting and seating guests**: Welcoming guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive arrival experience.
- **Managing bookings**: Handling reservations, managing waitlists, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams. Running events alongside the management team from point of booking to the execution of the event.
- **Providing exceptional customer service**: Going the extra mile to ensure guests are satisfied and have a delightful dining experience.
- **Assisting with various front-of-house duties**: Including taking food and beverage orders, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- **Knowledge of Collins by Design My Night is a bonus.**:

- **Passion for hospitality**: A genuine love for the hospitality industry and a desire to deliver outstanding service.
- **Excellent communication skills**: The ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Strong organizational skills**: The capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.

- **Flexibility**: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
