Our client, a lovely Golf Club based near Woking, Surrey are currently looking to recruit their Food and Beverage Supervisor to add to and compliment their existing team.
You will be part of a front of house team delivering great service to both their members and to guests visiting the club for golf, functions and society events.
The main duties of the Food & Beverage Supervisor role will include bar and food service, cash reconciliation, stock ordering and rotation, planning staff rotas, staff supervision, organising and running events and golf days.
It is expected the Food and Beverage Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. During the winter season this will be all daytimes.
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor you should have previous bar and food service experience at supervisory/team leader level. You should also be smart and well presented and have excellent customer service skills.
