Our client, a lovely Golf Club based near Woking, Surrey are currently looking to recruit their Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to add to and compliment their existing Food & Beverage team.
As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will be part of the front of house team delivering great service to both their members and to guests visiting the club for golf, functions and society events.
The main duties of the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager role will include:

- Bar and food service
- Cash reconciliation
- Stock ordering and rotation
- Planning staff rotas
- Staff supervision and training
- Organising and running events and golf days.
Experience / Skills required:

- Previous experience in a customer focused food and beverage role to supervisor level.
- A confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communicator with an ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Be well presented
This Assistant Food & Beverage Manager position offers benefits including:
