**Agile Delivery Manager**

You will need to have Delivery Management experience, preferably agile. Able to Sprint plan, lead Agile Squad, manage risks, feed into broader road-maps, conduct Agile ceremonies, Stakeholder engagement, reporting, dependency management. Knowledge of ServiceNow or knowledge of delivering Integration components desirable but not essential.

**Essential skills and experience**
- Experience in managing a Digital Delivery
- Risk Management: Issues and Dependencies
- Stakeholder Management, Communication, presentation and facilitation, able to run key Agile Ceremonies such as stand-up retrospectives
- Demonstrate experience of working in a large scale organisation and/or Government or Public Sector installation of Service Now
- Providing support and guidance to members of the delivery teams and acting as a point of escalation for issues impacting delivery.
- Experience of stakeholder engagement, managing stakeholder expectation, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with progress, risks and issues
- Ability to plan sprints and undertake Milestone Planning
- Remove blockers from the Agile sprints to allow the squads to complete stories assigned or escalate where appropriate
