HQ'd in Manchester they primarily work from home and will give you the tools/ tech to help you do so.

**The Role:
**You'll look after two teams at different stages of Agile maturity, working on different projects, that could be in two different sectors. A pretty unique opportunity to have such variety outside of an agency/consultancy environment.
- You'll facilitate daily stand ups, meetings, retros, and ensure user stories are broken down appropriately for the team.
- Using tools and metrics like story roadmaps, sprint plans, burn down charts and release plans you'll help create transparency in your teams.
- Break down barriers within your teams to help deliver complex technical projects.

**We're looking for a mix of the following**:

- Experience in Project or Delivery Management and/or as a Scrum Master
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing/ delivering tech related projects
- Strong communication skills
