To support this, we need someone who can help us scale smoothly and deliver efficiently, without ever missing a beat. Someone who will roll up their sleeves and work closely with our consulting and design teams to ensure our deadlines are met - with style.

This isn’t a typical PMO role. You’ll be in the front seat of project delivery, the right-hand support to our consultants, helping keep projects on track, communications clear, and delivery slick. We’re looking for a smart, energetic, organised and proactive Project Delivery Co-ordinator. A real ‘go-getter’ who will bring meticulous attention to detail to ensure live project work stays on track and delivers to requirements.

What makes the role even more exciting is that on any one day, there could be over 100 live jobs to manage, most small quick wins, but others will be more complicated. But they will all need to be set up properly and tracked through to completion. One day you could be pulling reports for a client review, the next you’ll be looking at project resourcing. And every day, you’ll be driving project plans and providing the leadership team with the insight they need to ensure we stay on track.

If you have experience in project support or co-ordination (some PM training or qualification is a plus) are organised with strong attention to detail and thrive in fast-moving environments bringing order to chaos this might just be the place for you.
