JOB TITLE: Regional Finance Manager
The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established not for profit trust. They are now one of the UK's largest organisations in their field employing over 4000 people. Our client is looking for a Regional Finance Manager to oversee a small team and to manage a crucial part oftheir business.
The ROLE
The Regional Finance Manager will be required to work with multiple centres/offices around the Lincolnshire Region to:

- Produce regional management accounts
- Management of Local Authority block contracts
- Support in the development and upskilling of centre managers
- Support centres in developing and delivering financial plans
- Collaborate with key business partners and stakeholders to develop successful partnering relationships that work in the best interests of the Charity
- Utilising Excel, CODA and Coldharbour software, training will be provided
- Manage and motivate a small team
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Regional Finance Manager with the following skills and experience:

- Strong Accountancy Background
- Multi-site environment experience
- Comfortable managing a small team
- Experience of preparing monthly management accounts
- Background of working in a high transactional, labour intensive business
- The desire to work for a well established charitable trust
