**Finance Analyst**

**Newark - Hybrid working option**

**C£38k DOE**

Working with our international client the Finance Analyst will report into the Finance Director and offer support to the finance team. Your role will be instrumental in business planning, business decision-making and financial control and growth. There maybe some European travel with this position.

Some duties of the Finance Analyst will include ;
- Produce reports and analysis on Pricing Activity and Long Term Demand Forecasts
- Use Monthly reporting tools to manage Inventory, Sales & profitability analysis and Plant performance
- Establish and develop effective means of extracting, analysing and reporting appropriate data.
- Support and develop skills for other department staff members including departmental managers to improve data management.
- Create and present information appropriate to the audience.

Ideally the Finance Analyst will have the following skills to help them in their role;
- Business Studies Degree or similar
- Studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
- Hold an AAT Technician qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong Analytical skills and Advanced Excel skills
- Over 2 year’s exposure in an analysis role is desirable
