**Helpdesk Administrator**
**Salary**: up to £35,000 DOE
**Location**: London
**Hours**: 40 hours per week
**Role Type**: Permanent
Pareto are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join us on a full time basis to be based in Kennington, London
**Responsibilities to include but not limited to**:
- Dealing with administrative tasks related to maintenance and facilities work
- Ensuring tasks are planned and completed within SLA's agreed
- Day to day management of the subcontractors Actively monitoring open jobs including chasing engineers / sub-contractors for updates and allocating jobs to engineers / subcontractors.
- Raising purchasing orders for engineers / subcontractors and other team members as required.
- Allocating PPM tasks to engineers / sub-contractors.
- Scanning compliance documentation (in-house and sub-contractor);
- Reviewing documentation and raising any issues to either the Account Manager or helpdesk supervisor
- Monitoring up and coming inspections and co-ordinating dates with sub-contractors;
- Following up with sub-contractors’ paperwork/certificates in relation to completed inspections;
- Raising remedial actions following inspections.
- Assisting the Account Managers with the raising of quotes as required.
- Assessing completeness and appropriateness of sub-contractor RAMS
- Reviewing sub-contractors’ processes ensuring all H&S rules are adhered to
- Completing audits on sub-contractors to ensure they are working with site rules
- Monitoring and ensuring engineer subcontractor training records are up to date
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous administrative experience desirable
- Previous helpdesk experience is desirable
- Previous experience overseeing contractors required
- Demonstrate strong administration skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Highly efficient and organised, able to multi-task and prioritise
- Able to remain calm under pressure
