The Wellbeing and Engagement Project Co-ordinator role is an exciting new opportunity within LNWH.

The post-holder will be responsible for line managing the team admin/comms officer and for developing and supporting the wider team.

They will be leading team data collection, analysis and reporting and team communication across the Trust and at times more broadly.

The post holder will lead the co-ordination of several initiatives under line management of the Wellbeing and Engagement Lead, ensuring our diverse health and wellbeing staff needs at LNWH are met

We are looking for a hard worker and someone who is creative, enthusiastic, motivated, a good communicator, a team player and uses their own initiative.

**The main duties of the post holder include the following**:

- Line managing the band 4 team Admin/Comms officer
- Leading on day to day data collection, analysis and reporting for the team, ensuring work is evaluated to a high standard and outcome measures are met. Regular data dashboard will be managed and reported on.
- Responsible for organising team communications, including the planning, implementation and development of the bulletin, articles into the pulse, design and creativity projects, social media platforms and more.
- Co-ordinating a number of different projects and events across the year in collaboration with Trust Networks, national events and local communities, managing allocated budgets. The post holder will lead the co-ordination of the large annual staff Health & Wellbeing Festival.
- Running staff health and wellbeing inductions
- Working across the Trust, frequently at different Hospital site locations
