Production Team Operative

Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer are recruiting a **Production Team Operative** for our **Pontefract** Site. You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. **About the Role**
You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by Production Shift Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.
As a Production Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure site is always audit-ready.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

**Salary and Benefits**
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.23, in addition to shift allowance, which as an annual salary is £28,744.42. Your shift pattern will be (3on3off rotating days and nights). In addition, you will have 2 x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.
