The role of Campus Operations Support is a central role across the site, the nature of the industry and job description is to reflect the challenge and opportunity, this list is not exhaustive but an overview of the varied and proactive role across the Production Park group.

**Campus Operations Support**

**Estates and Facilities**

**Property Maintenance and Upkeep**:

- Groundskeeping: Maintaining the overall aesthetic and functionality of the campus grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, litter picking etc.
- Campus Maintenance: Inspecting, reporting, and assisting in the coordination of either internal maintenance or external contracted maintenance.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing any inventory of facilities and estate assets.
- Providing regular reports to the Facilities & Estates Manager and Operations Management on the overall condition of the property, any maintenance needs, and security concerns.

**H&S and Environmental Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines. Implement and maintain appropriate safety protocols and procedures.

**General Campus Operations**

**Guest/Tenant Experience and Site Security**:

- Security System Management: Monitoring security cameras and alarm systems and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Access Control: assisting in procedures for access to the campus, managing guest entry, and potentially securing vacant buildings.
- Supporting colleagues with planning and preparing for arrival of guest and contractors to site, including systems administration and preparation of documents/communications
- Assisting in welcoming visitors, contractors, and clients to Production Park Campus, ensuring they are handed over to their host(s) while on site, and signing them out when they leave.
- Supporting Studios team with yard management, services delivery and other studio client requests / requirements - including late / night shifts
- Supporting Studio Stores team with kit order / returns processing and movement around the site
- Support the Studio Stores team with maintenance and installation of core studio equipment
- Support with delivery of on-site internal and client events

**Additional site operations**:

- To undertake any other appropriate duties in keeping with your role, as deemed necessary by your Line Manager or Head of Department.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
