Senior Document Management Assistant

We are thrilled once again to be partnering with our client, a fantastic Law Firm based in Edinburgh City Centre to recruit a Senior Document Management Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
**Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and is fully office based.**

**Role Purpose**
You will provide admin assistance to PA’s and Solicitors throughout the firm.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Searching for documents using the internal system (iManage)
- Moving documents into correct folders
- Saving JPEGs and other files to PDF
- Registration of documents to Registers of Scotland
- Registration of Powers of Attorney
- Arranging storage of Deeds, on and off site and arranging for recovery of archived files/deeds
- Managing the Destruction of Deeds
- Manage file closures including checking client balances on the internal system (Aderant)
- Completion of Client Profile Forms
- Completion of Expense Claim Forms
- Collating meeting papers and storing
- Managing all outgoing mail
- Additional administration tasks
**Key Skills**
- Similar experience in a professional services organisation
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong administrative skills
- Flexible, self-motivated and highly competent
- Work well as part of a team or on your own
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Accurate with a high attention to detail
- Strong PC skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
