**Salary**:25-39k DOE
**Duration**:Permanent
**Hours**:40 per week worked 9 to 5 with 30 minutes for lunch

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced EA who has the critical skills of ball juggling, multi-tasking and being able to offer support to the CMO and CCO, allowing them to have plenty of clear ‘head space’. Other skills we are looking for are diary and project management (no matter how simple the overall tasks might be), team coordination, people organising, supplier relations, and workflow prioritisation. This is an all-encompassing EA role requiring a self-starter, project orientated, problem solver, with great influencing skills and a love for all things marketing and beauty.
Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and calm/level-headed manner.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role
- The ability to adapt quickly and make necessary changes to events/meetings
- Proactive and able to use initiative and have the confidence to work independently
- Support a variety of personalities
- Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across different departments internationally.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, drafting, writing, and proof-reading ability
- Excellent written & verbal communication, and interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Superior and proactive organisational skills
- Numerate, with strong attention to detail
- Self-driven and motivated; detail oriented and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to show initiative in all situations and the ability to take responsibility for actions
- Extremely discreet

- Ability to maintain professional conduct in all situations

**Key Competencies**:
- Diary management for CMO / CCO; become the go-to person for knowledge of where and why all senior staff are, at any point in time, and being a conduit for communication through to the CMO and CCO
- Daily inbox management
- Travel arrangements for any business trips national and international.
- Team coordination; highlighting the urgent; ‘outthinking’ others in terms of understanding the priorities.
- Manage the workflow of the CMO & CCO sign off list and diarise time. Chase and liaise daily across NPD and Marketing to know where everyone is with their to do lists, chasing for due work when required.
- Assists with producing and/or proofing documents and presentations as requested
- Cross-functionally communicates with reporting executive’s teams, managing process driven documentation, project request, and organisational requirements
- Organisation, coordination and communication of the team’s workload and priorities; seeing every matter as a project to be managed, rather than a set of transactional tasks.
- Arrange and administer business meetings, manage document production and provide general secretarial support to the CMO and COO ensuring crystal clear communication around their teams. Occasional note taking and actions distributed and tracked might be required.
- Provide a general supportive administrative role around the business, especially to support special events or to generally fill admin resource challenges, working closely with others throughout the business particularly other Directors’ PAs
- Support HR & recruitment with recruiting new roles for each department, inductions and onboarding, holiday management, sickness, development across the team and company well-being.
- Finance: Responsible for tracking, invoicing, and expensing whole of M&C department, and expensing CMO personal and business payments.
- Direct contact for M&C & Ops on any questions, queries and support in personal and general ad hoc
- Work alongside EA team supporting the Board and CEO with work events and general duties
- Occasional personal life assistance
- Willingness to sometimes work outside contractual hours to meet business needs
