**Role responsibility**:
As a Supervisor within our business, you will be given ample support to have real impact on business success. The company's future plans allow us to offer real career progression to enthusiastic Supervisors.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Work alongside the General Manager to co-ordinate and manage busy shifts.
- Be a key part of motivating the team.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are being adhered to on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain the running of the unit to the highest standards.
- Control financial aspects of the business on your shifts.
- Maintain company compliance with all relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Be the face of the business to your guests, going above and beyond their expectations to create a memorable experience.
- Lead from the front, coaching staff and encouraging their development.
- Marketing and social media.
- Stock control.
- Set business for success on a daily basis.

**What experience do you need?**

At least 2 years solid management/supervisor experience in a fast paced full-service environment.

**What we offer**:

- Pay rate : up to £18.00 per hour (inclusive of a generous tronc system)
- 28 Days holiday (pro rata)
- Free staff meals whilst on duty

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £18.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
