Due to continued business growth, &Kith is looking for a full time Restaurant Supervisor to support the Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities include:
Opening and closing duties, prepare the restaurant for service, meet and greet customers, multitasking FOH sections, assist with the training of new staff.
What you need:
Excellent communication skills as you will be in direct contact with customers & other team members, have a passion for hospitality, stay calm in a fast-paced environment, manage customer concerns, providing excellent customer experience 'first time every time'. (Previous experience in a similar role is essential.)

What we need:
Someone who can bring experience and knowledge to the role and help us maintain the high level of quality our customers have come to expect from our restaurant.

What we want from you:
Must be able to work at least 30 hours a week, evenings and day shifts.

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant and bar environments.

Must be able to work under pressure.

Have a can-do attitude.

Team Player.

Excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to take and use own initiative.

General duties:
Prepare drinks - coffee through the day shifts, mocktails and soft drinks through the evenings and weekends. General cleaning, serving food and assisting with management responsibility. Must be able to organise and lead the team, delegating responsibilities as required. Must be able to motivate the team and lead from the front being a 'hands on' supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£10.50 per hour
