**Data Logging Field Supervisor**

P.N. Daly Ltd have a unique opening for a supervisor's position on our Severn Trent Water Contract.

**Role**

You will be responsible to lead a team of Data Logging Maintenance Engineers Team on our Severn Trent Contract. Your role will be at the heart of day to day operations to deliver our targets, provide exceptional service to our customers and maintain the data logging fleet within a specific region.

**Key Accountabilities**

**Performance Management** - Ensuring the team achieve optimal performance in terms of work management and you will be responsible for developing the team and introducing new skills and health and safety awareness.

**Strategic Planning/Delivery **- Ensuring appropriate reporting and tracking of programme performance against milestone plans, delivery outputs and any relevant KPIs

**Health & Safety** - To ensure that all of your team complies with H&S, HR, NRSWA, Environmental, training requirements and Quality Assurance procedures

**Essential**
- Experience within the Water Sector
- Experience / training in a similar utility based industry
- IT skills and computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal directly with customers in a face to face environment
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Salary - £23k t0 25kk depending on experience
