**Job Description**:
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in **Thame** as a Senior Care Assistant. As a Senior Care Assistant you will:

- Work directly with the Team Leader
- Work closely with Care Assistants
- Conduct introductions between clients and Care Assistants
- Provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home as required.

You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others

**Qualifications**:
As a Senior Care Assistant you must have achieved or working towards completing a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent. Experience within the care section is essential, a passion for delivery hight customer service and have the knowledge and understanding of legislation specific to Health Social care is desired.
