Ideally a driver – to allow flexibility in travelling between locations when needed. Practical Moving & Handling skills – confident in using equipment such as hoists, slide sheets, and transfer aids. Ability to work in a variety of care settings, including elderly care, learning disabilities (LD), autism (AU), mental health (MH), and challenging behaviour.
