Here at Clumber Park Hotel we are looking for an enthusiastic full-time receptionist to join our friendly team.

Your duties will include:

- Providing guests with a warm and enthusiastic welcome
- Checking guests details against their booking
- Allocating rooms and taking payments
- Answering phone calls from prospective customers and guests
- Taking bookings and completing the booking process on the system
- Taking enquires for events and conferences
- Completing administrative tasks much as photocopying and filing
- Preparing room bills and checking guests out

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
