**JOB LOCATION**: Muthu Clumber Park Hotel & Spa, Worksop

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Service Excellence**: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the F&B outlets.
- **Order Taking and Serving**: Assist in taking and delivering guest orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt service. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order preparation and delivery.
- **Table Set-Up and Clearing**: Prepare and set up tables for service, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement. Clear tables promptly after guest departure.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Have a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- **Billing and Payment Handling**: Process guest bills accurately and handle payments efficiently. Collaborate with the cashier or front desk for smooth billing procedures.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other F&B staff to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- **Upselling**: Promote special menu items, promotions, and upsell additional services to enhance the guest experience.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and relay guest feedback to the management team to continuously improve service quality.
- **Event Support**: Assist in the coordination and execution of special events, banquets, or private dining functions.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service techniques.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of billing and payment procedures.
