Demand Generation Campaign Specialist

Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Discovery and Development group as a Global Demand Generation Specialist
As a key member of the Strategy and Growth team, you will help implement and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive revenue for Waters products and solutions within the Discovery and Development business segment.
Working together with Strategic Marketing Managers, this role is pivotal in crafting campaigns that build a quality lead funnel and nurture prospects for both in-market portfolios and product launches. You will be responsible for the timely execution of all activities, and for implementing best practices to improve the customer journey and campaign results.

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure best practice is applied to all tactics, serving as a SME for digital channels.
- Uphold consistency of messaging, branding, content and look-and-feel of communications.
- Project manage production milestones and coordinate calendars across the marketing mix/multiple programs.
- Work effectively with SLAs and shared services; collaborating with content writers, design, social, localization, event, corporate communications, and digital channel teams.
- Set up KPI’s and metrics reporting related to Campaigns, recommend data-driven tactical shifts and new channels or formats.
Qualifications:
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or other adjacent field
- B2B marketing experience.
- Experience creating and deploying lead generating campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing best practices and trends.
- Event management or marketing (live/virtual) a plus.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to engage effectively with multiple teams and effect action.
- Project management skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Use of a range of marketing software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, ON24/Zoom, Marketo and Salesforce
