Marketing Executive – Luxury Chauffeur Brand

Location: North West | Full-time, Permanent

We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can combine design flair, digital marketing expertise and strategic thinking to elevate our premium chauffeur brand. A rare opportunity to help build a brand-new marketing function from the ground up — with genuine potential to grow into a senior leadership role as the team expands.

You'll join a collaborative team working alongside our Business Development Manager and part-time Social Media & Content Creator to deliver creative campaigns and measurable marketing results.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce brochures, adverts, proposals and branded materials for print and digital use.
  • Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Improve SEO performance of our website, landing pages and online listings.
  • Work with the content creator to align visuals, tone and messaging across social media, email and web.
  • Use HubSpot (or similar CRM systems) to manage marketing workflows, automate campaigns and analyse leads.
  • Support the Business Development Manager with presentation materials, campaigns and client communications.
  • Track, analyse and report on marketing performance to inform future strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proven experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Confident using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • A strategic marketing mindset – able to balance creative ideas with commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to tone, brand and detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • (Bonus) Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, or automotive sectors.
