**Family Solicitor**

I am working with a large regional/high street practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Family Lawyer to join their team at one of their West Yorkshire offices in Otley.
The role is aimed at a junior Solicitor from NQ upwards with the opportunity to get excellent hands on exposure to work, with good support and training, and a genuine career pathway to progress along.
You will be dealing with a mix of private family law work including divorce, finances, and private children cases.
The firm are known as being a truly friendly practice without any air of pretention, with a true work-life balance, where most people work only their core hours. There is a low turnover of staff and many people who stay here do well and progress internallythrough the business.
The business is also one of a small number that are now 100% employee owned, the old hierarchy of equity Partners mopping up all the profit doesn’t exist here and all staff from office juniors to Partners are equally rewarding with a share of the profits thatthe firm makes.
