- Preferably with 12+ months’ family experience either pre or post-qualification
- Good spoken and written communication to deal with clients and other parties face to face, by telephone and in producing legal documents
- Flexible with a 'can do' attitude in regard to travelling to nearby offices to cover work

**About the role**:

- The successful Family Solicitor will run a caseload of divorce & ancillary and private children matters
- They will work closely with more senior solicitors who will offer support and supervision
- You will be dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions through to archiving, handling new client queries and representing clients at Court, including advocacy, as appropriate
