gap personnel Cardiff, are currently recruiting for 2 Auto Insert Operators.

You will be joining a world class provider of contract manufacturing services, developing supply chain solutions that enable customers' products to get to market faster, at an optimised total acquisition cost in conjunction with unsurpassed levels of quality.

As an Auto Insert Operator you will be responsible for operating AOI systems in order to inspect all automated inspected products in line with business needs.

**Duties**:

- Operate A.O.I machinery to inspect all AI products and to standards which achieve efficiency targets.
- Manually inspect PCBs.
- Book PCBs onto internal systems once inspection is completed.
- Feedback quality issues to relevant personnel.
- Cross train on other A.I Machinery to provide flexibility within the department as required.
- Adequate numeracy and literacy skills
- Good PC skills
- Experience within electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of IPC 610 standards
- Ersascope, x-ray and microscope experience

**Available shift patterns & Benefits**:

- Shift pattern is week 1 - 5.45am until 2pm Monday to Thursday / week 2 - 1.45pm until 11pm Monday to Thursday and 1.45pm until 6pm Friday
