Our progressive firm of Rural Surveyors and Consultants, now have 6 offices through Scotland and Northern England, looking to expand further within the next few years.
**The Role**
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Negotiate with clients about their sale of rural property.
- Negotiate with potential purchasers about their purchase of rural property.
- Proactively use sales database (Reapit) to drive sales performance.
- Oversee the marketing of properties including coordinating the booking of advertisements, brochure production, photos, for sale boards, website, social media content, PR etc.
- Produce reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material.
- Manage the sales process - timetable/timeline for each property.
- Book viewings and responsible for viewing feedback calls to buyers and vendors.
- Proactive in identifying and dealing with any issues raised by sellers and buyers.
- Set up, maintain and archive files ensuring compliance with opening and closing procedures, money laundering procedures, signed terms of business, agreements etc.
- Raise and send out marketing and sales fee invoices, dealing with queries.
- Contribute to providing content for the social media profile of the department/geographic locations.
- Record accurate and detailed client information to build a database of future potential sellers and buyers.
- Understand regulatory compliance requirements and responsible for ensuring all required documentation is received and processed to meet regulatory requirements.
- Download photographs from digital cameras to insert into reports.
- Handle telephone calls, take messages and cover phones.
- Assist the Rural and Agency department.

- Intermediate IT skills.

Experience and Knowledge
- Experience in a sales administrative role.
- Experience of using social media for business purposes.
