**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:
**Drive Recruitment Excellence**: Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across key service lines, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.

**Optimize with Data**: Track and report on recruitment metrics, using insights to drive strategies that attract the best talent.

**Enhance Employer Branding**: Manage online attraction channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed), ensuring Menzies stands out as an employer of choice.

**Collaborate & Support**: Work closely with HRBPs and stakeholders, coordinating interviews and keeping our ATS (Kallidus Recruit) updated.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience working in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition/Internal Recruitment role.

Expertise with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Applicant Tracking Systems.

A data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyse and report on key metrics.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

A genuine passion for creating a positive, people-cantered hiring experience.
