**Head of Talent Acquisition - Bupa Dental Care**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Lead our clinician attraction strategy**: Designing and delivering a market-leading approach to attract self-employed dentists and specialists across the UK and Ireland.
- ** Modernise and lead end-to-end recruitmen**t: Oversee recruitment for all employed and practice-based roles - from nurses to operational teams
- ** Transform our team and tools**: Build a high-performing, inclusive recruitment team. Introduce smarter, more agile ways of working, and optimise our systems
- ** Collaborate and influence**: Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, People and Commercial teams
**What We're Looking For**:
- Collaborative, commercial, and people-focused leader who thrives on driving change
- Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership - ideally in healthcare or retail
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Ideally knowledge of clinical or self-employed talent markets
- A track record of transforming recruitment teams, systems, and experiences
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior leaders
- Data literacy and the ability to use insights to drive improvement
- A passion for inclusion, talent development, and purpose-led culture
