**The Role**:
We are searching for an experienced dietician to join our team as a founding coach, in our newly launched weight loss proposition. You will be part of a close knit team with future development opportunities as the team expands, and the exciting opportunity to put your stamp on Manual’s unique approach to weight loss.

Our weight loss program is designed with coaching as a key element, and so you will be a fundamental part of ensuring that our customers have the tools and support to effectively manage their weight loss journey. You will also be an integral part of developing the proposition further by providing insights internally as one of the key voices of our weight loss customers. As a valued member of the team who will be building and shaping our weight loss offering - we want your ideas and feedback

As one of our coaches, you will help our customers maximise their results and achieve lasting change through a specially designed program delivered digitally with video sessions as the primary channel. You will work closely as a dedicated coach along a customer’s journey empowering you to drive real change for each of your coaching customers and with visibility on the impact you’re having.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help customers reach their goals via engaging and effective coaching across multiple digital channels
- Help customers overcome obstacles, stay motivated, and celebrate their successes
- Support the creation and delivery of content to support our weight loss program
- Champion the customers internally by providing feedback to the wider business on the successes and challenges of the program
- Work with the wider clinical team to ensure knowledge sharing and best practice across coaching and prescribing
- Develop knowledge and understanding of our medications and how these will work within a customer’s lifestyle as well as potential impacts and side effects
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the weight loss space

**Experience**:

- Minimum BSc in Dietetics
- Minimum 1 year post registration clinical experience as a Dietitian
- HCPC registered
- Knowledge in and experience of delivering behavioural change techniques to support improvement in health and wellbeing
