**What skills and experience we are looking for**
- Must be at least Level 2 qualified
- Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and demonstrated experience of working with children and families
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding practices
- Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and staff
- The ability to use initiative, be proactive, and forward-thinking
- A commitment to working with children and elevating the already excellent standards of learning at Tower Tots
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

**Responsibilities**

As an Early Years Practitioner at Tower Tots, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering an appropriate play-based EYFS curriculum that enables children to make individual progress
- Providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for the children in our nursery
- Supporting other staff within the setting
- Implementing daily routines for the children
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents to ensure that children’s needs are met
- Collaborating as part of a team to create an enabling environment where all individual children can play, develop, and learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 1 year (required)

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
