**Overview**:
Our client, a leading Financial services organisation are looking for an ERP Applications Manager to run a growing team of 7.
You will be responsible for the development and upkeep of existing IT systems that support current business processes. Facilitating business process transformation by analysing desired business processes and outcomes to advise the right combination of IT systemsand tools to achieve those goals.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Determining the technology system architecture and functional design required to support and meet goals.
- Support business process transformation by engaging with project teams and key individuals within the systems, tools and interfaces in order to make the future business processes more efficient and effective.
- Assisting management and cross functional stakeholders in evaluating the business' objectives and ensuring that the company uses its IT assets effectively.
- Demonstrated disciplined and systematic approach to process, procedures and problem solving in support of the business.
- Evaluating IT systems & interfaces for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security or efficiency.
- Experience developing and building models based on The Enterprise Framework.
- Knowledge of specifications & the importance of change control in the BAU operations.
- Implementing shared infrastructure to optimise information management systems.
- Train coach and mentor IT staff and colleagues within the business (where appropriate)
- Day to day management of Business Systems staff including ERP, App Support & SQL Developers
- Develop and maintain asset (CI) configuration documentation and reporting
- Drive stability and efficiencies within the Business Systems department
- Ensure cost effective services are maintained
**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in design, maintenance and support of Business Critical Systems
- Good working knowledge of the latest development technologies.
- Good working knowledge and support of high availability groups and database maintenance
- Data & process modelling.
- Experience with Cloud based architecture.
- Experience with a Tier 1 or 2 ERP system.
- System Design & Implementation
- Coordinate tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
