Key aspects of this role will be to Formulate, and secure through partnership working a strategy for the AHP profession across the system that is understood by all stakeholders and is delivered utilising all available resources efficiently and effectively. Ensure the development and management of plans, within the system, ensuring that the relevant key stakeholders, including individual organisations boards or decision-making committees are aware of any plans and these plans have their approval. Proactively manage any key risks and issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate or respond to key stakeholders from across the health economy within the East of England. Monitoring and establishing accountability on the overall progress of the strategy to ensure completion within agreed timescales.
Manage any budgetary implications of activity. Avoid the destabilisation of business as usual. Manage and actively promote the relationships with key stakeholder. Across the entire health economy within the East of England area.
Ensure the strategy is developed, tested, clinically sound, formulated and understood by all stakeholders and is delivered utilising all available resources efficiently and effectively. Ensure that the strategy is adopted by all stakeholders and that any concerns are understood, developed, and addressed by all stakeholders.
