We are searching for an enthusiastic, energetic and motivational Room Leader to lead our Preschool Room. You must hold a full and relevant level 3 qualification in child care to be considered for this role. Start date will be for 1st September 2025.

The Role:
We are recruiting for a confident Level 3 Room Leader in our Preschool Room. As a key member of our nursery team, you will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can grow, learn and thrive. We believe in learning through play, getting messy and encouraging curiosity every step of the way.

You will be responsible for ensuring you are helping children's learning and development with us and providing the highest standards of care for the children within our setting. You will also be leading a team of practitioners within the under three's room and supporting staff within the nursery. Ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.

What We Are Looking For:

- A full and relevant level 3 qualification in childcare
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support the team
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children
- Confidence supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND)
- A love for getting messy and providing hands on activities
- A team player with a strong communication skills
- Passion, energy and a genuine desire to make a difference

How To Apply:

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
