Onestop Motor Engineers Ltd are a long established garage in Stirling. We provide Mot, Servicing & repairs to all makes of vehicles including light commercial up to 7.5T vehicles. We are looking for an Accounts/Office Administrator to join our team and who can take on the following Key responsibilities:
- Processing Sales & Purchase Invoices on Sage 50 accounts; raising batch Invoices/Credits
- Sales Ledger; raising customer Invoices, preparing customer Statements, processing customer Payment receipts;
- Credit control duties, managing our Aged debtors by ensuring overdue payments are chased
- Purchase Ledger; reconciliation of supplier statements & processing subsequent online Bacs payments, reconciliation of Supplier Statements; chasing / ensuring all Credits received
- Process direct debits & update standing orders
- Reconciliation of company Credit Card Statements
- Processing jobs on Fleet Online portals to self-billing invoice stage
- Ensuring Company Insurance Policy is kept updated
Along with other general office duties:
- Must have good organisational skills & be able to prioritise workload
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Must have book-keeping experience & worked with Sage or similar accounts package
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc
- Be ProActive with a can-do attitude
This is a Full Time position. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
