Job description

London's leading College is looking for an exceptional Head of Inclusive Learning to join its friendly team at the Centre for Lifelong Learning in Finsbury Park Campus.

**About the role**:
The College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative and committed leader of Inclusive learning and ALS across CIC, joining the management team at our Finsbury Park Campus. You will have high expectations and will have the ability to ensure high quality teaching and support for our learners in a variety of curriculum areas and environments. You will take overall responsibility for implementing reforms and take the strategic lead for inclusive learning and ALS.

**The post holder would be expected to**:
Lead the team (alongside the Assistant Principal, Finsbury Park, Student Services and ALS) and line manage a team of Inclusive Learning Managers and Business Support Team.

**About you**:
You will have significant experience leading and managing inclusive learning and ALS in the FE setting, managing complex budgets, working with Local Authorities in relation to EHCPs and funding, and have an in-depth understanding of the funding methodology for ALS students.
