This is an exciting new position, reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating a proactive HR service across all employee life cycle events.

You will be hands on and get involved with the coordination of payroll, demonstrating a proactive, first line administration support to the HR Manager.

The HR & Payroll Coordinator is an established HR professional who will be the first point of contact for their allocated area of responsibility and expertise including HR support, administration and coordination. The HR & Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the execution of a variety of activities ranging from HR documents preparation, advising on HR issues, verifying the timesheets of offshore staff, ensuring payroll is accurate and coordinating recruitment activities as required. They will provide a seamless transactional support across the crewing, travel and HR department.

The HR & Payroll Coordinator works closely with the other HR Team (“the Team”) members, provides support to all of the business functions and is considered to be the deputy to the HR Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Level 3 / Diploma in a recognised HR qualification - possibly studying (or interested in studying) towards a relevant Level 5 qualification
- Experience of several annual HR cycles in an HR Generalist (Coordinator/Advisor) role
- Knowledge of effective HR practices, methods and processes in all areas including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employment law and employee relations, performance management and training and development
- Knowledge of payroll administration (UK and/or international) would be beneficial
- Knowledge of working with offshore crewing and timesheet administration would also be beneficial
