Once you successfully complete your Level 5 Teaching Qualification, the market premium will be removed and replaced with an enhanced salary of £37,533. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience who’s ready to take the next step into teaching. You don’t need to be a qualified lecturer—we’re looking for someone who understands the trade, holds a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent), and is keen to develop their teaching skills. We’ll support you through your teacher training while you gain hands-on experience in the classroom.
