You don't need to be a qualified lecturer-we're looking for someone who understands the trade, holds a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent), and is keen to develop their teaching skills. We'll support you through your teacher training while you gain hands‑on experience in the classroom. Salary £29,000 per annum + Market Premium: £5,945 (total starting package: £34,945). Once you successfully complete your Level 5 Teaching Qualification, the market premium will be removed and replaced with an enhanced salary of £37,533. Qualified Applicants (already hold a Level 5 Teaching Qualification): Start directly on the full salary of £37,533 per annum. Qualifications Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) required. Level 5 Teaching Qualification is preferred.
