**Job Title: Volunteer - Citizens in Policing** **Closing: 5th December** **Who we are**: Citizens in Policing works to support the integration of volunteers into the West Midlands Police family. Based in Lloyd House, we oversee volunteers in the special constabulary, the cadet scheme, police support volunteers and active citizens. We are guiding the force in how we best recruit, retain and reward volunteers within the organisation. **Why we need your help**: We are a team that champions volunteers within the organisation, therefore we are asking for the support of a volunteer(s) to ensure our volunteers feel welcome supported and part of the West Midlands Police Family. We would immensely value the support and guidance of a volunteer to help us learn more about their experiences within the organisation.
