**You will be...**
- Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the CH&CO standard
- Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
- To assist with food preparation in kitchen to the CH&CO standard as required
- To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line withthe CH&CO standards.
- Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
- Under the guidance of the Chef Manager ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areashave products correctly priced, labelled and in date.
- Work with colleagues to maintain food availability during service periods.
- Assist in the cleaning and clearing of tables polishing of cutlery.
- Maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers at the relevant site.
- Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful and friendly manner providing assistance where necessary in line with the CH&CO style.
